A Personal Message From the Developers
Aldermont Estates was founded, designed and developed by Mike Stewart and Dan Griffith in 2021. Mike and Dan are both lawyers and Mike is a professional Engineer. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, the two of them sought to find a piece of land that was close enough to the city so as not to take too much travel time, but far enough away that they could experience unrestricted freedom to explore. That’s when they stumbled across the property in Pender Harbour now known as Aldermont Estates, and they fell in love immediately with its beauty, its ruggedness and potential. Over the past 4 years, Mike and Dan have worked tirelessly to realize their vision of bringing large acreages with minimal restrictions at reasonable prices to the market. They are delighted to now be able to share their dream with the public and offer the opportunity for seven other lucky purchasers to enjoy the same pleasures as they did in purchasing a property here in Pender Harbour.
